Whos Paying for the Private Jet?
Offering an escape from paparazzi, peace and relaxation private jets have become a favorite toy of the rich and the famous. Unlike Hammer, stars like Julia Roberts, Bruce Willis, Sly Stallone and John Travolta get their studios to pay for their 60 to 90 thousand dollar private jets. There's also been rumors that one famous couple held a fit when their studio would not pay for a private jet to fly their luggage from L. Travolta even convinced his studio to give him a personal private jet for his own use 24/7. If he needed more room, he'd get another private jet.

Leading Private Jet Charter Operators
The following list features some of the leading private jet charter operators in the U. A third option is to approach one of the private jet aircraft brokers who will arrange the trip for you. All in all, private flying is where it's at. No, you don't get a wing only, rather -- much like a timeshare -- you get to use a private jet operated by one of the providers. Chief amongst these types of providers are.

India Air Traffic Issues to Come
Additionally India's private aircraft markets are increasing too along with a brand new general aviation manufacturing sector. Some industry analysts believe the number of new jets ordered of 490 is less than a third of what will be needed. New runways, taxi ways, landing systems, air traffic control towers, terminals, parking, emergency services, environmental care, conveyor belts, check in systems, security, cargo warehouses, IT Systems, computers, air-conditioning and all the private sector hotels, car rentals, ground transportation interface and trucking terminals. Think about how big this really is for a country growing this fast. As aircraft become larger there are even more issues as a 747 or the new Airbus A380 unloading puts 1000's of people in the terminal all at once and connecting flights wait for the bottle neck.

Entering Business Aviation, Part V: Tips on Finding Work
Preferably, you would also attend events where a lot of pilots hang out, especially pilots of cabin class jets which include the Global Express, G-V and Falcon Jet 2000. I draw upon industry leaders as well as the private flight attendants themselves to communicate what is going on in the industry, particularly from the cabin crewmember's point of view. This website was created by me to be a resource center for private flight attendants, those who aspire to become one, and their supporters. If you are an NBAA member you get a copy of their directory which lists many companies that fly these very same jets. Many of the newer folks find it helps them gain a better understanding of private flying, while some veterans will tell you to save your money for the big conferences.

Private Jets: 4 Leaders in Fractional Flying
The concept has grown from selling shares in a few jets to selling shares in sixteen different models. Fractional flying presents to you, the customer, options that were previously available only to those who owned a private jet. Today, Flexjet customers can purchase shares in various Learjets [now owned by Bombardier] and Canadair [another Bombardier make] aircraft. Richard Santulli is the brainchild behind modern fractional jet flying as he founded Netjets on this principle in 1986. Not to be left out in the cold, Canadian aircraft maker, Bombardier, jumped into the fray with AMR Combs [parent company of American Airlines] and started Business JetSolutions.

Entering Business Aviation, Part I: Types of Aircraft
Long a builder of regional jets, Embraer aircraft should start showing up increasingly as they are the low cost price leader in their category. The jets that people fly in corporate aviation are usually a lot smaller than those found with the airlines. Compared with a Westwind, Lear, or Cessna, the larger jets have an aisle to walk up and down upon and the headroom usually is adequate to allow easy passage of anyone under 6' tall. Matt manages the Corporate Flight Attendant Community at http. Lastly, Embraer has recently entered the business jet fray with their Legacy aircraft.

A Look at Fractional Jet Ownership
NetJets, on the other hand features a broader spectrum of aircraft, and is the industry leader. If you are lucky enough to afford these multi-million dollar jets, you will enjoy the highest degree of luxury. The Gulfstream 550, for example, is the latest and greatest in Gulfstream's line of long-haul private aircraft. The big three, NetJets, CitationShares, and Flexjet, offer excellence in each, but some newer fractional start-ups may not be up to snuff. That's not to say that private jet ownership is for everyone, however.

Fuselage Mounted Laser Vortex Enhancer Directed to Airfoils
Recently it was announced that they would put this new airborne laser system onto fighter jets. I further propose that this system would synchronize with the amount of air needed to maintain airflow needed in the intakes for air, wing lift and the thrust vectoring jets for stability. We can use redirected or reflected laser cannon beams to increase stability in transitional flight situations to prevent departure of the aircraft from flight, by changing the air around the airfoils and control surfaces, Think about it. We need an off-shoot of this technology which is being tested by General Atomics and Lockheed to prove my concept will work. When not in use for evasive maneuvering the pole would retract into the nose of the aircraft.

Mirrors to Redirect Mini Laser Weapons on Fighters for Vortex Airflows
Recently a new airborne laser system was announced to be put onto fighter jets, once this technology becomes more advanced we will no longer need missiles for air-to-air combat. All this would synchronize with the amount of air needed to maintain airflow needed in the intakes for air and the thrust vectoring jets for stability. We need an off shoot of this technology which is being tested by General Atomics and Lockheed to prove my concept will work. When not in use for evasive maneuvering the pole would retract into the nose of the aircraft. We can use redirected or reflected laser cannon beams to increase stability in transitional flight situations to prevent departure of the aircraft from flight, by changing the air around the airfoils and control surfaces, please be thinking here.

FAA Intervention in Privatized Space Flight is Ridiculous
With the help of some Billionaire entrepreneurial investors they are poised to build an entire industry of Private Space Flight. Burt Rutan and his team of designers, engineers and test pilots at Scaled Composites did something no private group had ever done. They proved that private space flight is feasible and safe. The FAA needs to get their heads out of their rears and their fingers out of ours and I am not the only one who knows this. Luckily the fractional jet market has taken off, but only after the FAA ditched some of their onerous regulations.

General Aviation Manufacturing is in the Tank; Hang On It is Going to Get Worse
One new market the mini-Business Jet, seems to be a potential as many companies are building these under 1 million dollar jets. Long Term will be good because these are considered starter jets attracting new buyers to the market, however short term they will pull buyers away from the higher priced turbo cabin class singles of 4-8 seats. We will also see problems in this market as insurance carriers increase prices as less experienced pilots and single pilot mini-business jets experience a higher percentage of will occur. In fact such accidents are already causing friction in the corporate jet insurance costs, showing that certain companies are separating out the categories to keep the mini-business jets in their own realm and pricing points. Just as Airbus was able to take over 50% of the market share from Boeing after the MacDonald Douglas merger, India will take it's chunk of the UAV and private plane market and eventually divide further the airliner manufacturing sector.

Airline Fuel Costs Mount
Think of the military aviation, jets, helicopters, UAVs, AWACs, bombers and even flying gas stations in the sky for aerial re-fueling. The airline industry is under extreme pressure now. If they keep raising their fees to passengers then the passenger per plane ratios drop off, meaning flight are unprofitable. Generally Airlines too are a 24-hour business. It is like running several airlines non-stop 24/7.

A380 Bathrooms
Both Airbus and Boeing have seen record orders for their latest model jets. Ready to get out of the driver seat yet and into a futuristic amenity rich modern jet airliner? The major commercial jet manufacturers and airlines are betting that you will. The Boeing 787 will have humidified air, so no more dry eyes during flights and because of its stronger composite cabin, it will leave the cabin pressure at 6,000 feet instead of 8,000 or 10,000 feet, meaning it is safer on the bio-system with more oxygen. Will this get more air travelers out of their SUVs and into airliners for those 350 plus mile journeys? Some industry analysts think it just might be the ticket the market sector needs. Boeing is also planning as a standard feature on its 787 airliners to have a window in the laboratories.
