China is Starting to Build Military Fighter Trainers
These same aircraft are expected to flood the developing nations with fighter planes. Since it is both a fighter and trainer, some small countries, lacking a large fleet of fighter planes, could use the Mountain Eagle to train their fighter pilots in peace time, arming it for use as a fighter in war time. This would be one terrific little fighter plane to own for personal use and fly around as a sport plane too. China needs this aircraft to train it's pilots to fly the Su-27s and Su-30 Russian Fighters that they have ordered. This is the same manufacturer of the JJ-7 fighter trainer now being used in the Chinese Air Force.

Fighter Jet Trainers Sport Planes
The Mako could also be a fighter if needed for small countries to be their Air Force. Having studied the possibilities and options for a Supersonic Jet Trainer for fighter aircraft, one might notice that there have been lots of recent media discussions and many solutions at this years Paris Airshow. These units are needed because before you put someone in an F-22 Fighter, which costs 100 million dollars, they better be able to fly the damn thing and fly it well. Now as a matter of fact I talked to a training pilot in San Antonio who said they were getting their first ones in last June. Many Aerospace consultants in Europe believe this aircraft may take the lead around the world as the trainer of place.

Fuselage Mounted Laser Vortex Enhancer Directed to Airfoils
Recently it was announced that they would put this new airborne laser system onto fighter jets. We can use redirected or reflected laser cannon beams to increase stability in transitional flight situations to prevent departure of the aircraft from flight, by changing the air around the airfoils and control surfaces, Think about it. We need an off-shoot of this technology which is being tested by General Atomics and Lockheed to prove my concept will work. When not in use for evasive maneuvering the pole would retract into the nose of the aircraft. The F-15 might be another good candidate if it works as well as the math shows.

Inflatable Aircraft Wing Camber Modification
I propose an inflatable wing camber modification system for modern day fighter aircraft to save on fuel and increase range. For UAVs the performance would allow additional time loitering in the battlespace with increased range and slow flight speeds would allow for better imagery to identify targets before eliminating them from this time period. The performance changes would also vastly assist in close air support or carrier landing handling. Consider the ware and tear and maintenance costs, which would be saved? Consider the slow speed changes in flight characteristic and decreased safety risks in shorter take off and landing rolls. Consider the landing speeds of an F-104, consider the ability to decrease the weight of the landing gear and size of tires to increase payloads.

Mirrors to Redirect Mini Laser Weapons on Fighters for Vortex Airflows
Recently a new airborne laser system was announced to be put onto fighter jets, once this technology becomes more advanced we will no longer need missiles for air-to-air combat. We need an off shoot of this technology which is being tested by General Atomics and Lockheed to prove my concept will work. All this would synchronize with the amount of air needed to maintain airflow needed in the intakes for air and the thrust vectoring jets for stability. We can use redirected or reflected laser cannon beams to increase stability in transitional flight situations to prevent departure of the aircraft from flight, by changing the air around the airfoils and control surfaces, please be thinking here. When not in use for evasive maneuvering the pole would retract into the nose of the aircraft.

Increasing TAS in Modern Day Fighters with Expandable Wing Tips
As fighter aircraft get faster and faster there is a diminishing return on more aerodynamic streamlining in designs. The fighters we have today like the F-18 Hornet (Navy) and the F-16 Talon, F-15 Eagle (Air Force) have substantial fuselages which act as wings. Many fighters will have additional drop tanks for extra fuel, which once used up are dropped. Let's think on the many types of fighter aircraft, which change their configurations in-flight. We seem to be reaching the top end of aerodynamic design in an atmosphere in modern day fighters.

Common Cockpit Concepts and Convenient Configurations
Taken to extreme this would mean your automobile or a commercial truck would be similar to a war fighting tank, jet airliner, private boat, fighter jet, helicopter and school bus. If we borrow a friend's car we are constantly looking for where stuff is, where is the hood release, fuel hatch release and how the hell do I turn off this G-Dang windshield wiper? As machines get more complicated and humans become more brain dead due to bad use of natural selection, we will need counter these issues with better designed standardization such is being done in the CCI. We spend too much time in training of soldiers, drivers, pilots, operators with increasingly more complicated equipment. Now then I am not criticizing the lack of cranial capacity in the modern day human, rather simply suggesting a reality check is needed. Often we see drivers in cars sitting too low and can barely see over the steering wheel, when we rent an aircraft everything is in the wrong place.

Boeing is Really Flying Now
The Boeing Company's stock performance is that of a maximum takeoff on a VSTOL Fighter jet to say the least. Commercial Aviation has taken quite a hit in the last five years and things did not look so great for Boeing after having massive layoffs, orders for new aircraft cut and lackluster sales. Today is quite a different story, those who betted against the Boeing Company or sold their stock prematurely must be kicking themselves now, they would have made quite a bit on their money had they simply reviewed their history notes of the last few decades. The Boeing Company has the expertise to help bring back monies to our country for all those goods we buy from places like India and China. The United States Trade Deficits are at record levels and there is no end in sight to a slowing.

Young Men Trying to Imitate the 9-11 Scenario, Part III
We say things like kids should not fly planes. Less people flying their own planes thus less people to take him up. But I do point out here and forever that we are simultaneously rewarding those who act out and are not following the program. I am not saying that Teen Challenge, DARE or any of another dozen programs are not totally worthy efforts both in our time spent and the results yielded. But those who surpass the program we do not.

The History of the Aircraft Wash Guys, Part One
It was hard enough to get people to let him wash their planes at age 12 let alone sell planes at age 15. As part of this business he started the first Aircraft Multi-Listing Service, which was online. Although the Internet was not really being used yet and TRS 80's were just hitting the market. He used dumb terminals and watts lines to send aircraft brokers updated listings. There was a time when if Lance could not cage the gyros and in a plane so he could do a spin or a barrel roll or in aerobatic aircraft do a loop or tail slide he just wouldn't fly.

Airline Fuel Costs Mount
Airline tickets and airlines live and die on their ability to number one fill up planes and number two, manage their fuel costs. The airline industry is under extreme pressure now. If they keep raising their fees to passengers then the passenger per plane ratios drop off, meaning flight are unprofitable. Generally Airlines too are a 24-hour business. Think of the military aviation, jets, helicopters, UAVs, AWACs, bombers and even flying gas stations in the sky for aerial re-fueling.

Laser Beam Guidance for Oshkosh Air Show
Planes fly in from all over and converge at Oshkosh. According to NORAD officials, the ground-based laser system uses safety-tested low-level beams of alternating green and red laser lights to alert pilots that they are flying without approval in designated airspace. This system would be used when the aircraft in question cannot be contacted on VHF voice radio by ATC. According to the FAA, a preliminary test of the system showed that the laser illumination is eye safe. However, the FAA contends, and AOPA agrees, that a number of important steps must be taken before the system is fielded.

Yet the IRS came down on private pilots and aircraft owners for using it as a tax write off for fuel for their private planes. Others in his peer group and older people who understood his dreams to fly. At the airport he washed aircraft and he traded for pilots lessons. It takes a lot of aircraft washes to pay for fuel and instructor and a plane for an hour these days. This is something that the young man who flew into the B of A building was clearly missing.

Flying Blimp Walrus Could Have Assisted in Evacuations
The Walrus Super Blimps will soon be out to bid to see who can come up with a suitable design and plan. Imagine giant blimps picking them all up and taking them to Atlanta, Houston, Dallas and San Antonio? Then when that darn levee broke which most people suspected it might a blimp could have had 20 cargo containers filled with sand and simply lowered them into the breach to slow down the water flow and then used sand bags to fill in the spaces between? Or it might have picked up broken pieced of I-10 bridge sections and laid them on their sides covering the hole in the levee? Then the Army Corp of Engineers could quickly shore up the levee system and get the pumps and power back working and all those lives would have been saved? Why don't we have a couple of squadrons of heavy lifting blimps for such things? Don't worry we will, but it may take a couple of years.

Airline Travel Lingo! Does The Language Need An Interpreter?
If you make a stop for example in Denver, you will change planes at that airport, but with the same American Airline carrier. This is when you as a passenger changes airplanes, but instead of boarding the same company plane you will be on a different airline.
