Aviation Lawyer: Whether Passenger, Pilot or Owner, You May Need an Aviation Lawyer
If you or a family member has been the victim of an airplane accident, you should find an Aviation Lawyer (Attorney) to help you. The next step that Aviation Law took was in 1938 with the Civil Aeronautics Act which created a five person panel which dealt with aircraft, facility, and aviation law within the United States. Since 2000, the aviation industry has been in financial difficulty due to changes in world economy, the entrance of low-cost carriers, SARS, war, and, of course, terrorism. These accidents are unnecessary and if you or a family member has been a victim of airline negligence or outright, purposeful ignorance, you should contact an Aviation Lawyer who can help you. Find an Aviation Lawyer associated with a major Aviation Law Firm today at hugesettlements.

Cactus Fly-In, Casa Grande AZ
A separate company specializing in aircraft washing will have its own washing procedures and can help aviation safety with regards to washing. Fly-ins and air shows like the Cactus Fly-In is a way all of us can show our support for our general aviation business sector. Sure many of these services will be replaced, but the all in one type aviation services business will be tough, airport flight schools may opt out of other type services and concentrate on what they are good at and what is most profitable. We are seeing a recovery in general aviation after many companies, especially FBO at smaller airports were forced out of business. The event seems to be growing every year, much busier this year than last year even though general aviation has suffered due to 9-11.

Airbus to Build $600 Million Aircraft Manufacturing Plant in US
Think on the global competitiveness of the commercial aviation sector. The Boeing Company has some heavy competition with Airbus in the commercial aviation sector and the future of commercial aviation both in passenger aircraft and cargo or freighters looks bright. Mobile Alabama is growing nice and has been moving forward with new housing tracts, retail centers, tourist destination locations and a growing and vibrant middle class. With most of the other major cities in Alabama having large manufacturing plants such as the Mercedes plant in Tuscaloosa and the large auto manufacturing plants in Montgomery and Birmingham it does make sense that Mobile would be next on the list to get some economical development juice from the state. Alabama is quite good at attracting manufacturing facilities such as Mercedes, Nissan and other automobile manufacturers and is known for their tax incentives and pro-business stance.

Point to Point VS Spoke and Hub? Air Taxi
More executives and wealthy families traveling this way provided greater volume and economies of scale and thus spurred on the market when other commercial aviation sectors were hit hard by 9-11. The economists in the commercial aviation business were watching the trends and they agreed. The trend is continuing and we are seeing a whole new wave and revival in commercial aviation. There has been much talk about this and those airlines with smaller hubs or multi-hubs and most like point to point did best in the recession and during the 9-11 downturn. Now Air Taxi business is coming into play as an extension of the fractional jet market.

Boeing is Really Flying Now
Commercial Aviation has taken quite a hit in the last five years and things did not look so great for Boeing after having massive layoffs, orders for new aircraft cut and lackluster sales. As the world grows closer together commercial aviation has a chance to take advantage of the new one-world economy. Today is quite a different story, those who betted against the Boeing Company or sold their stock prematurely must be kicking themselves now, they would have made quite a bit on their money had they simply reviewed their history notes of the last few decades. The Boeing Company has the expertise to help bring back monies to our country for all those goods we buy from places like India and China. Many other industries have left our shores to foreign lands.

The Wright Brothers
If you are like me you are very interesting in flying and aviation history. We are so fortunate in our nation to be afforded the time to think and the great civilization to explore and try new things. It is from this we get our greatest invention and greatest minds. Orville and Wilbur Wright were two such gentlemen. You can learn a lot more by cruising the Internet and reading up on their many challenges which they over came to bring us the first powered flight.

Laser Beam Guidance for Oshkosh Air Show
Because general aviation aircraft often fly at relatively low altitudes, today's strongest lasers may pose a threat to the safety of the flight in all flight regimes. The Military would also like to keep general aviation pilots away, so they do not have to shoot them down. The Federal Aviation Administration is devising a method of alerting pilots who enter a restricted airspace to leave immediately. This system would be used when the aircraft in question cannot be contacted on VHF voice radio by ATC. According to NORAD officials, the ground-based laser system uses safety-tested low-level beams of alternating green and red laser lights to alert pilots that they are flying without approval in designated airspace.

Airbus A-380 is Pretty Big
Think on it, the aviation community is as the world waits for an additional six month delay now. We shall see what happens, the gamble by Airbus may pay off, or this could be one of the biggest disasters in aviation history since the Comet or the Concorde a few years back. The massive aircraft also takes a lot of room to turn around, a lot of runway is needed for safety and can you imagine the congestion out front the terminal when that many folks deplane? Anyway, just because you build a huge aircraft does not mean it is the best choice. Sure there was some pilot error involved, always is, but you see the problem. Remember the crash in NY when the Airbus took off behind the loaded 747 Cargo Plane and lost its tail as it closed the distance gap.

Private Jet Ownership Indeed
Where would you like to fly today? Think about it. Fractional Jet ownership has never been easy. As a matter of fact manufacturers of business aircraft are quite happy with the market sector and most are completely bullish on their future prospects in the industry. Private jet ownership is really taking off these days. There is much interest in the private transportation sector and jet aircraft business.

Entering Business Aviation, Part III: Training Options
Please be aware that the Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs) do not require that a flight attendant be assigned to an aircraft with fewer than 20 seats onboard. Time for some training! Young Men Trying to Imitate the 9-11 Scenario, Part II
Not a direct result of course but if that kid had been able to be active in CAP, Junior ROTC, Boy Scouts Aviation Explorers or the EEA Eagles Program then I bet this would not have happened. This young man is not a reflection on our FARs-Federal Aviation Regulations, his actions and death are a reflection of what one of the messages of Ayn Rand was trying to say. Thus composite was brought into general aviation. For the first time general aviation had brought new innovations to aerospace. Wichita KS boomed due to the Ivestment Tax Credit regulations and the city had lots of population to draw from for mechanics, since so many people worked in the aviation factories.

Mexico to Manufacture Aircraft
It appears Mexico with its 120 million population is considering getting into the lucrative aviation manufacturing sector. Mexico is sending its team of aviation specialists to the Ukraine to look into manufacturing new parts, spare parts, fuselages and wing assemblies as well as setting up certified repair stations. This agreement does not affect the United States in anyway, but the Mi Helicopter series does include the Mi-24 pictured here. The Ukrainian President announced the two countries may draft an agreement to protect their investments and relief for problems with double taxation. Not so sure this is a good piece of news for the Department of Homeland Security? That is rather close to our already leaking borders.
