Aviation Lawyer: Whether Passenger, Pilot or Owner, You May Need an Aviation Lawyer
Aviation Law began in 1926 with the formation of the Air Commerce Act which regulated the use of aircraft in interstate or foreign business. If you or a family member has been the victim of an airplane accident, you should find an Aviation Lawyer (Attorney) to help you. The next step that Aviation Law took was in 1938 with the Civil Aeronautics Act which created a five person panel which dealt with aircraft, facility, and aviation law within the United States. Since 2000, the aviation industry has been in financial difficulty due to changes in world economy, the entrance of low-cost carriers, SARS, war, and, of course, terrorism. These accidents are unnecessary and if you or a family member has been a victim of airline negligence or outright, purposeful ignorance, you should contact an Aviation Lawyer who can help you.

Point to Point VS Spoke and Hub? Air Taxi
The economists in the commercial aviation business were watching the trends and they agreed. More executives and wealthy families traveling this way provided greater volume and economies of scale and thus spurred on the market when other commercial aviation sectors were hit hard by 9-11. Now Air Taxi business is coming into play as an extension of the fractional jet market. The trend is continuing and we are seeing a whole new wave and revival in commercial aviation. There has been much talk about this and those airlines with smaller hubs or multi-hubs and most like point to point did best in the recession and during the 9-11 downturn.

Airbus to Build $600 Million Aircraft Manufacturing Plant in US
The Boeing Company has some heavy competition with Airbus in the commercial aviation sector and the future of commercial aviation both in passenger aircraft and cargo or freighters looks bright. Think on the global competitiveness of the commercial aviation sector. Alabama is quite good at attracting manufacturing facilities such as Mercedes, Nissan and other automobile manufacturers and is known for their tax incentives and pro-business stance. Mobile Alabama is growing nice and has been moving forward with new housing tracts, retail centers, tourist destination locations and a growing and vibrant middle class. With most of the other major cities in Alabama having large manufacturing plants such as the Mercedes plant in Tuscaloosa and the large auto manufacturing plants in Montgomery and Birmingham it does make sense that Mobile would be next on the list to get some economical development juice from the state.

Indeed, aircraft much cheaper than a 40 million dollar jet can also be shared starting with the Hawker 400 XP and working up to a BBJ [Boeing Business Jet. Launched in 2000 as a joint partnership between TAG Aviation, an aircraft management and operations company, and the Cessna Aircraft Company. Not to be left out in the cold, Canadian aircraft maker, Bombardier, jumped into the fray with AMR Combs [parent company of American Airlines] and started Business JetSolutions. During the time you are actually flying -- and also for a predetermined amount of time before takeoff and after touching down -- you will be assessed hourly charges to cover catering, maintenance, fuel, and landing fees.

Airbus A-380 is Pretty Big
Think on it, the aviation community is as the world waits for an additional six month delay now. We shall see what happens, the gamble by Airbus may pay off, or this could be one of the biggest disasters in aviation history since the Comet or the Concorde a few years back. Aircraft taking off behind it will need to wait 5 minutes instead of 3-minute separation due to amount of air it will move from the wing tip vortices, enough to flip a little business get right over in flight. The massive aircraft also takes a lot of room to turn around, a lot of runway is needed for safety and can you imagine the congestion out front the terminal when that many folks deplane? Anyway, just because you build a huge aircraft does not mean it is the best choice. Sure there was some pilot error involved, always is, but you see the problem.

The History of the Aircraft Wash Guys, Part Two
The business plan on a napkin franchising idea lay dormant from 1985 to until 1993 when Lance went to go re-visit the Founder of LA Title at his Burbank, CA corporate high rise office building. Someone who owned an airplane most likely owned a business, was a farmer, high-ranking executive and if not certainly knew others who were. Lance found synergies in the different washing businesses. He felt college was superficial and that he had more experience and a better sense of reality than the textbooks of yester year being taught by Professors who had never actually run a business of any kind. By that time Lance had been operating in many other industries such as Agriculture Cleaning, Concrete Cleaning, Fleet Washing, Auto Detailing, Car Washing and of course Aviation.

Business Aviation Networking Notes
Let's take a look at some ways to help you break in to business aviation by following certain tips. Jet Aviation, TAG, and Netjets are some of the larger players and they all have a staff of qualified flight attendants or cabin service representatives on hand. In addition, smaller players including Jet Alliance, Clay Lacy Aviation, and Trans Exec are part of the charter market. Each person you come into contact with is a potential person who may know of someone in the business or know of a job opening. In corporate aviation, there are several key players in the field that you probably have heard of.

Entering Business Aviation, Part III: Training Options
There are quite a number of programs out there that train or claim to train business flight attendants. Please be aware that the Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs) do not require that a flight attendant be assigned to an aircraft with fewer than 20 seats onboard. Time for some training! So, you are not sure what type of training you will need or how it compares to the commercial side of aviation. Matt runs the widely popular Corporate Flight Attendant Community website at http. Alteon Training, LLC is a Boeing training company that started cabin attendant training in 2003 while Beyond and Above Corporate Flight Attendant Training got started in 2002.

The History of the Aircraft Wash Guys, Part Three
Coming from aviation into automotive services he tended to run our business strictly by the book. In aviation things are more critical than in the automotive sector, but he believed that being overly concerned with the little details would actually be a good thing and advantage over the competition when dealing with cars. They do have some competition in the Industry like any business, not much, but they plan on doing whatever it takes to be and stay leading edge. Winslow has been so proactive in helping the team with environmental compliance and giving his expertise to government agencies who are developing BMPs for the Aviation Industry. Young Men Trying to Imitate the 9-11 Scenario, Part II
Not a direct result of course but if that kid had been able to be active in CAP, Junior ROTC, Boy Scouts Aviation Explorers or the EEA Eagles Program then I bet this would not have happened. All I had to do was study ground school and take aviation tests, which I loved anyway. This young man is not a reflection on our FARs-Federal Aviation Regulations, his actions and death are a reflection of what one of the messages of Ayn Rand was trying to say. For the first time general aviation had brought new innovations to aerospace. Thus composite was brought into general aviation.

Sport Aviation and Jet Aircraft
To our knowledge, the Eclipse 500 [pre-delivery] order book is greater than that of any single civilian jet in the history of aviation. Eclipse Aviation expects to deliver approximately 140 aircraft in 2004, 500 aircraft in 2005, and 900 aircraft in 2006. This little model will mean aircraft washing businesses may have to adjust their prices down a little or may just make a hefty profit as it can be washed in less than 30 minutes. And also NASA decides it cannot do without the idea of fractional jet costs to share their resources and save money, it is a deal they cannot pass up as the NASA we use to know is purely business and watching it's costs these days. Fleet customer aircraft delivery commitments extend through 2008.

Inflatable Slots for STOL
I propose inflatable slots to increase the short take off and landing performance of aircraft. For standard landings if desired the system would be filled with ram air rather than a cartridge.

Entering Business Aviation, Part I: Types of Aircraft
Most of the Gulfstream aircraft in flight are under the designation of Gulfstream II, III, IV, and V. Some of the major producers of cabin class aircraft include.

Future Shuttle Launches
However the shuttle should be able to be guided back thru the clouds via a ground system, augmented reality simulator like the Global Hawk. Additionally why would the astronauts need to see to fly the spacecraft/aircraft at that point? After all they practice such aborted launches after lift off in simulators, where they are not actually looking at the ground and also we have available now systems, which are even used in Business Jets for zero/zero visibility landings.

FAA Intervention in Privatized Space Flight is Ridiculous
With the help of some Billionaire entrepreneurial investors they are poised to build an entire industry of Private Space Flight. During the big ceremony and media event following the third successful launch into space and safe return, the FAA was there to make a few comments.

Increasing TAS in Modern Day Fighters with Expandable Wing Tips
We seem to be reaching the top end of aerodynamic design in an atmosphere in modern day fighters. The fighters we have today like the F-18 Hornet (Navy) and the F-16 Talon, F-15 Eagle (Air Force) have substantial fuselages which act as wings.

Airline Security; Stewardesses The Last Line Of Defense!
There is also the fact, that the Airlines often have little control over the actual Airport security and close to no-control at foreign Airports. However, first the Stewardesses have to intervene and are often the victim, of verbal and physical abuse from the unruly passengers.

Airline Travel Lingo! Does The Language Need An Interpreter?
If you make a stop for example in Denver, you will change planes at that airport, but with the same American Airline carrier. This is when you as a passenger changes airplanes, but instead of boarding the same company plane you will be on a different airline.

A380 Bathrooms
The Boeing 787 will have humidified air, so no more dry eyes during flights and because of its stronger composite cabin, it will leave the cabin pressure at 6,000 feet instead of 8,000 or 10,000 feet, meaning it is safer on the bio-system with more oxygen. (40,000 feet above sea level.

Group Check-in At Airports
Most airlines have a special group check-in line that may or may not be where you expect it to be. Once your group has found your departure gate do not be too concerned if people want to go off to the bathroom or to get something to eat.
