Entering Business Aviation, Part III: Training Options
Please be aware that the Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs) do not require that a flight attendant be assigned to an aircraft with fewer than 20 seats onboard. With that being said, it is a good idea -- regardless of federal regulations -- for the person who is in charge of the cabin area to have adequate training. Time for some training! So, you are not sure what type of training you will need or how it compares to the commercial side of aviation. Matt runs the widely popular Corporate Flight Attendant Community website at http. Alteon Training, LLC is a Boeing training company that started cabin attendant training in 2003 while Beyond and Above Corporate Flight Attendant Training got started in 2002.

Young Men Trying to Imitate the 9-11 Scenario, Part II
This young man is not a reflection on our FARs-Federal Aviation Regulations, his actions and death are a reflection of what one of the messages of Ayn Rand was trying to say. Wichita KS boomed due to the Ivestment Tax Credit regulations and the city had lots of population to draw from for mechanics, since so many people worked in the aviation factories. Not a direct result of course but if that kid had been able to be active in CAP, Junior ROTC, Boy Scouts Aviation Explorers or the EEA Eagles Program then I bet this would not have happened. Thus composite was brought into general aviation. For the first time general aviation had brought new innovations to aerospace.

Sex in a Cessna, Part III
Now then, your head should be slightly off to the side so you can see around your sexual partner and look for other aviation traffic. In some Cessna's you will find issues with the seats which are all the way to the door and no room for the woman to put her knees, we recommend a pillow underneath your rear end to elevate you so she has the comfort she needs for decent ride as you both join the mile high club. This has only happened to me once, but it can happen, so be careful of that too. It is best to help her guide her feet back over. This article was written using my pen name and for educational and fictional purposes only.

FAA Intervention in Privatized Space Flight is Ridiculous
Luckily the fractional jet market has taken off, but only after the FAA ditched some of their onerous regulations. The FAA needs to get their heads out of their rears and their fingers out of ours and I am not the only one who knows this. The fact is folks, everything the government touches gets ruined. Although those who study free markets, free enterprise and capitalism were hardly surprised, we all expected it and it makes sense someone like Rutan and Company would be the ones to do it too. There is only one problem with this picture.

Airline Security; Stewardesses The Last Line Of Defense!
Who endangers the safety of co-passengers and the aircraft due to mental disturbances, alcohol consumption, stress or disregard for airline regulations, such as remaining seated during takeoff and landing etc. Perhaps these incidents can be reduced, by enforcing higher penalties and prison terms on those who violate Airline regulations in any manner. This fact has repeatedly been proven by security inspections, where security agents, have boarded aircrafts with weapons and explosives etc. There is also the fact, that the Airlines often have little control over the actual Airport security and close to no-control at foreign Airports. In many foreign airports the airlines simply have to rely on the local security and the occasional inspections, by official institutions such as the FAA etc.

Travel Tips:Tips for Safer flying
Aircraft under 30 passengers are not required to be designed and certified under strictest regulations. The atmosphere in the cabin is pressurized to about the same as Denver altitude. Other items such as sharp objects like knives and other seemingly benign objects have been targeted. Common sense should tell you that you shouldn't bring hazardous materials on the aircraft unless they were allowed by the airline and shipped in a proper container. Laws are changing because of the 911 and not complying might end you arrested.

Flying With Your Dog
Different airlines have slightly different regulations, but most airlines follow the same basic set of rules in regards to flying with a dog. The price of this service varies by airline but is usually under $100. This is considerably cheaper in comparison to the pets flying in the cargo hold which is not as safe and which can cost upwards of $300. For instance, if the temperature in the arrival or departure city is hotter than 85 degrees Fahrenheit, pets will not be permitted on the plane. Do not argue with the airline staff, because this is for your dog's safety.

Aviation Lawyer: Whether Passenger, Pilot or Owner, You May Need an Aviation Lawyer
If you or a family member has been the victim of an airplane accident, you should find an Aviation Lawyer (Attorney) to help you. The next step that Aviation Law took was in 1938 with the Civil Aeronautics Act which created a five person panel which dealt with aircraft, facility, and aviation law within the United States. Since 2000, the aviation industry has been in financial difficulty due to changes in world economy, the entrance of low-cost carriers, SARS, war, and, of course, terrorism. These accidents are unnecessary and if you or a family member has been a victim of airline negligence or outright, purposeful ignorance, you should contact an Aviation Lawyer who can help you. Find an Aviation Lawyer associated with a major Aviation Law Firm today at hugesettlements.

General Aviation Manufacturing is in the Tank; Hang On It is Going to Get Worse
Counties like those in Eastern Europe or China, Mexico and India will take the general aviation industry from the US, but India appears to be the emerging as the most likely winner and they know it. Change is a constant, Outsourcing Jobs, Capital flows, Emerging Markets are a given and this includes the Aviation Manufacturing Sector as we watch the current Migration pick up speed. In America we no longer mine our own raw materials, Iron Ore mines cannot stay in business due to regulations and restrictions, same goes for Gold Mines, Copper, etc. We cannot do that here in the states any longer the costs have become too great and the system of commerce we have created and the blob of bureaucracy is more than the aviation market sector can stand. We see other areas trying to carve out a niche in the aviation manufacturing market cities like Albuquerque, NM and Centennial, CO.

Cactus Fly-In, Casa Grande AZ
A separate company specializing in aircraft washing will have its own washing procedures and can help aviation safety with regards to washing. Fly-ins and air shows like the Cactus Fly-In is a way all of us can show our support for our general aviation business sector. Sure many of these services will be replaced, but the all in one type aviation services business will be tough, airport flight schools may opt out of other type services and concentrate on what they are good at and what is most profitable. We are seeing a recovery in general aviation after many companies, especially FBO at smaller airports were forced out of business. The event seems to be growing every year, much busier this year than last year even though general aviation has suffered due to 9-11.

Airbus to Build $600 Million Aircraft Manufacturing Plant in US
Think on the global competitiveness of the commercial aviation sector. The Boeing Company has some heavy competition with Airbus in the commercial aviation sector and the future of commercial aviation both in passenger aircraft and cargo or freighters looks bright. Mobile Alabama is growing nice and has been moving forward with new housing tracts, retail centers, tourist destination locations and a growing and vibrant middle class. With most of the other major cities in Alabama having large manufacturing plants such as the Mercedes plant in Tuscaloosa and the large auto manufacturing plants in Montgomery and Birmingham it does make sense that Mobile would be next on the list to get some economical development juice from the state. Alabama is quite good at attracting manufacturing facilities such as Mercedes, Nissan and other automobile manufacturers and is known for their tax incentives and pro-business stance.
