FAA Intervention in Privatized Space Flight is Ridiculous
With the help of some Billionaire entrepreneurial investors they are poised to build an entire industry of Private Space Flight. The FAA needs to get their heads out of their rears and their fingers out of ours and I am not the only one who knows this. The fact is folks, everything the government touches gets ruined. Luckily the fractional jet market has taken off, but only after the FAA ditched some of their onerous regulations. Although those who study free markets, free enterprise and capitalism were hardly surprised, we all expected it and it makes sense someone like Rutan and Company would be the ones to do it too.

Aviation Lawyer: Whether Passenger, Pilot or Owner, You May Need an Aviation Lawyer
An Aviation Lawyer will understand law involving the industry, the mechanics of aircraft, types of aircraft, and how defects in these put passengers at risk. Since 2000, the aviation industry has been in financial difficulty due to changes in world economy, the entrance of low-cost carriers, SARS, war, and, of course, terrorism. If you or a family member has been the victim of an airplane accident, you should find an Aviation Lawyer (Attorney) to help you. The next step that Aviation Law took was in 1938 with the Civil Aeronautics Act which created a five person panel which dealt with aircraft, facility, and aviation law within the United States. Entering Business Aviation, Part V: Tips on Finding Work
Skyjobs, Plane Jobs, AviaNation, Climb to 350, AEPS, and the Aviation Employment Board. There are many sites on the internet listing aviation related jobs. This last community, the Aviation Employment Board is run by me and is a companion to the Corporate Flight Attendant Community. Unlike the Aviation Employment Board, most will charge you a monthly fee to register. Others are working on the skills they need to enter the industry, while still others offer important help or guidance to the industry.

Commercial Aviation traffic has increased ten fold in te last five years and is expected to do so again. Airline Fuel Costs Mount
The airline industry is under extreme pressure now. Think of the military aviation, jets, helicopters, UAVs, AWACs, bombers and even flying gas stations in the sky for aerial re-fueling. The flow and costs of fuel are critical to the airline industry and the future of air travel in the World. It is a no win situation and they need some fuel price stabilization, yet an already hampered industry is facing additional crisis from fuel costs. Generally Airlines too are a 24-hour business.

Point to Point VS Spoke and Hub? Air Taxi
The trend is continuing and we are seeing a whole new wave and revival in commercial aviation. It appears that the computer industry has something to do with organizational theory of the flow of transportation as well. The economists in the commercial aviation business were watching the trends and they agreed. More executives and wealthy families traveling this way provided greater volume and economies of scale and thus spurred on the market when other commercial aviation sectors were hit hard by 9-11. There has been much talk about this and those airlines with smaller hubs or multi-hubs and most like point to point did best in the recession and during the 9-11 downturn.

Boeing is Really Flying Now
Commercial Aviation has taken quite a hit in the last five years and things did not look so great for Boeing after having massive layoffs, orders for new aircraft cut and lackluster sales. As the world grows closer together commercial aviation has a chance to take advantage of the new one-world economy. Stoneifer the most recent former CEO of the Boeing Company, who I have only met on one occasion since he was previously in the car wash industry, had an extra martial affair and was ousted from the firm. Today is quite a different story, those who betted against the Boeing Company or sold their stock prematurely must be kicking themselves now, they would have made quite a bit on their money had they simply reviewed their history notes of the last few decades. The Boeing Company has the expertise to help bring back monies to our country for all those goods we buy from places like India and China.

General Aviation Manufacturing is in the Tank; Hang On It is Going to Get Worse
Counties like those in Eastern Europe or China, Mexico and India will take the general aviation industry from the US, but India appears to be the emerging as the most likely winner and they know it. It is of course not only the aviation sector and it is not just the US, for instance in Europe also both with Airbus and the entire auto industry. Change is a constant, Outsourcing Jobs, Capital flows, Emerging Markets are a given and this includes the Aviation Manufacturing Sector as we watch the current Migration pick up speed. This means if we have to import raw materials to compete, we pay those shipping costs too and as the price is passed on for the over regulation in every industry we are finding we are our own worst enemy. Even if the aircraft manufacturing industry survives in the US it will have to share more of that world market with other countries like India and China.

The History of the Aircraft Wash Guys, Part Three
Arthur helped the company design labels and with the help of his chemist design better products which were safe for the aviation cleaning industry working actually out of Lance's garage. Winslow has been so proactive in helping the team with environmental compliance and giving his expertise to government agencies who are developing BMPs for the Aviation Industry. Coming from aviation into automotive services he tended to run our business strictly by the book. In aviation things are more critical than in the automotive sector, but he believed that being overly concerned with the little details would actually be a good thing and advantage over the competition when dealing with cars. Winslow has always been passionate about flying and aviation.

Sport Aviation and Jet Aircraft
To our knowledge, the Eclipse 500 [pre-delivery] order book is greater than that of any single civilian jet in the history of aviation. Lots of new choices out there from the leaders in the industry. Eclipse Aviation expects to deliver approximately 140 aircraft in 2004, 500 aircraft in 2005, and 900 aircraft in 2006. You know these are very sexy little planes and the kind you would like to own. An order placed today will be granted a mid-2006 delivery position.

China is Starting to Build Military Fighter Trainers
The JL-19 or FTC 2000 aircraft is a tandem two-seat, single engine jet fighter aircraft developed by Guizhou Aviation Industry. This would be one terrific little fighter plane to own for personal use and fly around as a sport plane too. And if you have the money, they would sell you one too. The JL-19 Mountain Eagle or the FTC-2000 it's NATO number will use the Chinese built WP-13 jet engine. Since it is both a fighter and trainer, some small countries, lacking a large fleet of fighter planes, could use the Mountain Eagle to train their fighter pilots in peace time, arming it for use as a fighter in war time.

Airline Travel Lingo! Does The Language Need An Interpreter?
I will explain the most common industry terms that many people get confused about. Simply put, they purchase tickets from an airline at a rate less than the tariff, with the intention of reselling the tickets to either you the public or travel agencies. A consolidator can be your friend if you understand how they work. The airlines distinguish certain fare prices by the terms normal or restricted. They buy tickets in bulk from air carrier companies, and therefore offer substantial savings.

Airlines, Price Wars, and Branding
An Industry that takes wartime aviation advances and a few years after to allow for the new technology to reach the private sector with new and efficient aerodynamics and electronic positioning and fuel allocation devices. GET THE INDUSTRY TO AGREE ON PRICES AND CUSTOMER SERVICE ISSUES BEFORE YOU ATTACK. Driving down prices in any Industry makes that Industry and forces the weak to either adapt or exit the market place. The authors site this as damaging the industry. I would challenge any of these authors to put money on any company any company in the PC business industry.

The History of the Aircraft Wash Guys, Part Two
Thus built in clientele in nearly every industry and after flying around all over California he noticed things on the ground that needed his services. By that time Lance had been operating in many other industries such as Agriculture Cleaning, Concrete Cleaning, Fleet Washing, Auto Detailing, Car Washing and of course Aviation. This proves that anything is possible and that with enough will and entrepreneurial spirit no matter what the condition of your industry sector, you can succeed in America. Lance also got into trouble for flying under a bridge although his friend an FAA Examiner gave him a warning, If you ever try anything like that again, I'll have you thrown in jail, now get the hell out of here!. During this time Lance also became involved in motorcycle street racing, the speed did not bother him much, so he did quite well.
