New Airbus A-380 Beats Out 747
Airbus is putting countermeasures for anti-aircraft missiles as an option for those airlines, which order them. Many airports cannot even take an airliner so large, as the distance to turn it around are significant and the wing tips are wider than that of the runway, meaning the wing tip vortices will dig up the grass on the sides of the runways making ditches on both sides. This of course is unlikely because most handheld missiles are heat seeking and therefore will generally go to where the heat is instead, thus taking out one of four engines. Luckily bringing down such a large aircraft will not be easy, nor will it be able to be blown out of the sky with a handheld anti-aircraft missile unless it is lucky enough to hit a fuel tank. If and when an International Terrorist Cell gets one, it will become instantly the largest airline disaster in the history of the world, due to the shear number of passengers on board.

A380 Bathrooms
Both Airbus and Boeing have seen record orders for their latest model jets. Ready to get out of the driver seat yet and into a futuristic amenity rich modern jet airliner? The major commercial jet manufacturers and airlines are betting that you will. The Boeing 787 will have humidified air, so no more dry eyes during flights and because of its stronger composite cabin, it will leave the cabin pressure at 6,000 feet instead of 8,000 or 10,000 feet, meaning it is safer on the bio-system with more oxygen. Will this get more air travelers out of their SUVs and into airliners for those 350 plus mile journeys? Some industry analysts think it just might be the ticket the market sector needs. Boeing is also planning as a standard feature on its 787 airliners to have a window in the laboratories.

Hypersonic or Ultrasonic Sound to Disrupt Laser Beam Attack on Commercial Airliners
As we recently saw with the Delta Airlines scare where the pilots were nearly blinded by what they described as a laser light, we believe that this idea may be the answer. We believe such a device could be easily and cheaply built and installed in airliners. Such a device and use of hypersound might even be an option for those who fly into combat where THEL systems are guarding the region. It is possible that such a method may give the pilots a few seconds extra time to put on anti-laser head gear. Once seen by the enemy it maybe too late to dodge the lasers, as it takes such a small time to burn the retinas of a pilots eyes.

Airbus to Build $600 Million Aircraft Manufacturing Plant in US
This is significant news and will open doors to US based commercial airlines to buy more Airbus Aircraft in the future. Think on the global competitiveness of the commercial aviation sector. Mobile Alabama is growing nice and has been moving forward with new housing tracts, retail centers, tourist destination locations and a growing and vibrant middle class. With most of the other major cities in Alabama having large manufacturing plants such as the Mercedes plant in Tuscaloosa and the large auto manufacturing plants in Montgomery and Birmingham it does make sense that Mobile would be next on the list to get some economical development juice from the state. It is not surprising that Airbus picked Alabama.

Group Check-in At Airports
Most airlines have a special group check-in line that may or may not be where you expect it to be. Chad Criswell is a well regarded high school music teacher. The group leader should always be the last person to get on the plane. Just make sure that your group leaders know what is going on, when the flight is going to board, and what time you want them back in the departure lounge. Once your group has found your departure gate do not be too concerned if people want to go off to the bathroom or to get something to eat.

NASA SATS for Point-to-Point Air Travel Solutions
The Spoke and Hub was a creation of the larger Airlines and Fred Smith's Fed Ex concept. But even now we are seeing Fed Ex pre-sort and send much of the packages direct, rather than to the Memphis Mid-Night Sort. Which indeed is something to see and is recommended for any logistics or distribution student as the economies of scale nearly pay for the extra distances that many packages travel thru the night to reach you by 10 AM guaranteed the next morning. NASA is rapidly working on ways to improve safety and efficiency in the movement of people around the globe, which will free up air-traffic and alleviate some of the over worked and over used airports of our nation. Here are two great websites so you can read up on this futuristic concept and the innovations rapidly approaching reality.

Cracking Aircraft Windows with Directed Sound Waves
Recently a Delta Airlines flight had to make an emergency landing after the airplane's windshield cracked. Such a weapon would be inexpensive to use and save millions of dollars in anti-aircraft missiles, which often fail to hit their mark when the enemy has sufficient counter measures. A weapon of this type, which can crack windshields of aircraft would deter manned aircraft from entering a safety zone containing our military or civilian assets. When even a crack appears pilots must take action as the concerns of loss of cabin pressure take priority. Often flights with breaches in the pressurization system are forced to land or fly below twelve thousand five hundred feet where the oxygen percentages in the air are livable for humans.

The History of the Aircraft Wash Guys, Part Two
By that time Lance had been operating in many other industries such as Agriculture Cleaning, Concrete Cleaning, Fleet Washing, Auto Detailing, Car Washing and of course Aviation. Lance also got into trouble for flying under a bridge although his friend an FAA Examiner gave him a warning, If you ever try anything like that again, I'll have you thrown in jail, now get the hell out of here!. During this time Lance also became involved in motorcycle street racing, the speed did not bother him much, so he did quite well. Lance was looking to take all his knowledge and bring it to the market on a big scale starting in California and then the Sun Belt States and eventually into Europe. Without any success in finding venture capital, Lance continued his business, got into politics and at nights, sometimes all night writing up plans to fulfill his mission.

Young Men Trying to Imitate the 9-11 Scenario, Part II
An issue I have currently with the newest pilots coming on board at airlines, who cannot really fly an airplane. This meant we would have more pilots for military, airlines and the like. How could they understand what it means to fly? They are ground lovers. The counselor at this young man's school did not understand what was a matter with this kid. People who fly think more three demisional, like those who build train sets and run them around their display.

Airline Security; Stewardesses The Last Line Of Defense!
In many foreign airports the airlines simply have to rely on the local security and the occasional inspections, by official institutions such as the FAA etc. There is also the fact, that the Airlines often have little control over the actual Airport security and close to no-control at foreign Airports. This fact has repeatedly been proven by security inspections, where security agents, have boarded aircrafts with weapons and explosives etc. There is also the real threat, of terrorist co-operators working within the Airline service industry, which has access to the Aircrafts and could place weapons or bombs onboard the Aircraft, to be used by the terrorists. This is a fact that is evident by the many cases of persons carrying weapons onboard aircrafts anyway.

Concorde Crash Conspiracy - It Could Have Been Prevented
In studying the Concorde crash the investigators determined it was caused by debris on the runway, which had fallen off a Continental Airlines Aircraft, which went down the same runway prior to the Concorde. This shows why it is important to get ideas from everywhere and how contests spur on innovation. This is an awesome idea and I would hope the US Military would put them on the catapults so when it returns it video tapes the deck. The young man's device is said to be able to spot even a single nut on the runway, which could be picked up by a tire or sucked into a jet engine. In the United States we have constant robotic contests and we all know about Robot Wars.

Young Men Trying to Imitate the 9-11 Scenario, Part III
The real airline companies who care about their companies and are not looking only to manage stock, buy up weak competitors and consolidate, those airlines are giving customer service are doing fine. But I do point out here and forever that we are simultaneously rewarding those who act out and are not following the program. I am not saying that Teen Challenge, DARE or any of another dozen programs are not totally worthy efforts both in our time spent and the results yielded. Only different in that they try harder or dream more. But those who surpass the program we do not.

FAA Intervention in Privatized Space Flight is Ridiculous
The fact is folks, everything the government touches gets ruined. The FAA needs to get their heads out of their rears and their fingers out of ours and I am not the only one who knows this. Luckily the fractional jet market has taken off, but only after the FAA ditched some of their onerous regulations. Although those who study free markets, free enterprise and capitalism were hardly surprised, we all expected it and it makes sense someone like Rutan and Company would be the ones to do it too. There is only one problem with this picture.

Airlines, Price Wars, and Branding
Continental Airlines instituted a fuel savings program to Pilots who were given a percentage of Lbs saved in fuel as a bonus. The airline example does not take into consideration some of the strides made by some of the then competing airlines. If the MBA number crunchers would look at the real problems and design a superior system in the airlines at that time rather than always doing the obvious and previous chess moves then they might get an upper hand. Here are some thoughts on the study of the theory of price wars as they relate to the industries like the Airlines and others. HAVE CAPACITY RADY TO TAKE ON NEW CUSTOMER BASES AS COMPETITORS LEAVE THE MARKET.

Aviation Lawyer: Whether Passenger, Pilot or Owner, You May Need an Aviation Lawyer
These factors have led airlines to cut any costs they can to maintain their fragile financial balance. Thus, accidents still occur despite the increased security and safety laws and precautions. Since 2000, the aviation industry has been in financial difficulty due to changes in world economy, the entrance of low-cost carriers, SARS, war, and, of course, terrorism. These accidents are unnecessary and if you or a family member has been a victim of airline negligence or outright, purposeful ignorance, you should contact an Aviation Lawyer who can help you. Find an Aviation Lawyer associated with a major Aviation Law Firm today at hugesettlements.
