—The Federal Aviation Administration says the Bob Hope Airport needs to submit an environmental analysis before the agency can consider its proposal to ban late-night flights in Burbank. The FAA sent a letter Thursday informing the airport that the analysis document was needed to complete its application. The Burbank-Glendale-Pasadena Airport Authority which voted last month to seek the ban has 30 days to submit the final document.
